There is something strangely comforting about old fruit markets.
Maybe it is the handwritten price tags. The wooden crates stacked outside the store. The tomatoes that never look perfectly identical. The smell of citrus near the entrance. The way summer always seems to move a little slower around places like these.
FRUITABLE was born somewhere inside that feeling.
The name comes from two simple words, fruit and vegetable, combined into one. At first, it started as an idea for graphic t-shirts inspired by markets, produce, Mediterranean summers and the quiet beauty of everyday life. But over time, it became something slightly larger than clothing.
A small collection of things we wanted to keep around us.
The colors of ripe lemons sitting in the sun. Vintage grocery packaging. Beach mornings before the streets become loud. Linen bags filled with peaches. Green striped awnings outside corner stores. Long lunches that turn into late afternoons without anyone noticing the time.
FRUITABLE is inspired by those moments.
Not the polished version of summer, the real one. Slightly faded. A little sun-worn. Warm plates on the table. Salt in the air. Paper bags softening from the weight of fruit inside them.
The t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton because we wanted them to feel natural in every sense. Soft, breathable, easy to live in. The kind of shirt you throw on after the beach, wear to a morning market, or accidentally keep for years because it slowly becomes connected to memories.
Nothing here is designed to feel loud.
We like things that feel collected over time. Things with texture. Things that feel personal. A shirt that reminds you of a trip. A tomato graphic that looks like it belongs on an old grocery sign. Colors that already feel slightly nostalgic the first time you see them.
This journal will become a place for all the things surrounding the world of FRUITABLE.
Mediterranean recipes. Summer photographs. Market stories. Places we loved. Slow mornings. Objects we carry every summer without thinking about it. Seasonal color palettes. Beach cafés. Grocery stores. Film photography. Warm evenings somewhere near the coast.
A collection of observations, really.
Somewhere between a summer notebook, a travel diary and an old lifestyle publication left behind in a hotel lobby.
We are very happy you found your way here.
Welcome to FRUITABLE.
